Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 3 business days.

Made-to-order and customize items are manufactured after the order is placed and generally require a lead time of 2–3 weeks before shipment. Lead times may vary depending on workload, material availability, and project complexity.

Some products are sourced after purchase and may require an extended lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Shipping transit time is not included in production or sourcing lead times.

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.
